Emily Marron Webster is the founder of Let the Light In Corporation. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Maine and has a certificate in pastoral counseling. Emily spent her graduate years in Boston and then relocated back to Maine to begin her counseling journey. Emily believes that every life is valuable and that each person is wonderfully made, on purpose and for a purpose. Emily holds a biblical worldview which means that she believes the light and love of Jesus can bring us true joy and healing. We were created to live in community and we are called to journey, grow, and heal together, which is what we practice here. We welcome all worldviews and belief systems. Emily specializes in working with children, youth, and families. A variety of techniques are utilized in counseling, including client-center, trauma-informed care, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, attachment therapy, and family therapy.
